Would you both like getting ready photos? Would you like to get ready together?
Where will you two be getting ready at?
Would you like a first look?
If you would like a first look, would you like to do anything additionally special for you two during this time? Such as read personal letters/vows? Dance to your favorite song? Share a surprise gift, song, etc with one another?
Golden Hour, or an hour before sunset, is the best time for portraits since the sun light is the softest and warmest. Would you like to use this time (about 10 - 15 minutes) to take portraits?
What are the 3 most important things you want to remember from your wedding day?
I sent you a Wedding Resource Guide, do you have any questions over it?
Are there any additional family photos or group photos you would like? Please list them below.
*Please note, I will not take any additional grouping requests from your family members during the wedding day unless you say it's okay. This day is about you both!
*Each group will take around 4 minutes per photo to gather everyone. The best recommendation is to have no more than 10 groupings (this includes the ones chosen above).
What are the names of parents, siblings, grandparents, etc. that are listed for family portraits? This will help me when gathering people for fam photos.
Are there any family situations I should be privy to, such as divorces/separations/deaths, during family portraits?
Do you have a wedding party? If so, how many on each side?
How many wedding guests will you be expecting?
Anything you think I should know to be able to better photograph you two, your families, or your friends? (Bring champagne, make jokes, let you do your thing, give lots of direction, etc.)
Do you have a Wedding Planner? If so, please drop below their name, phone and email.
If you have a videographer, please drop below their name, phone and email. I like to reach out to them before the wedding so we can work together more seamlessly.
Any last tidbits I should know about your wedding day? Such as special traditions, anything unique you're doing or things you'd like me to capture?
Wooohoo! Get ready for the best day ever!
